Steam and hot-water biofuel-fired boilers technology

Stationary double-cylinder water-tube boilers with natural circulation and a steam output of 5 to 30 t/hr are designed for producing saturated or superheated steam at pressures from 1.4 to 3.9 MPa and temperatures from 200 to 440°С. The fuel can be husks from sunflower seeds, rice, buckwheat and soya, as well as rapeseed, crushed straw and other farm production waste.

The combustion chamber equipment and design combined with the aerodynamic profile of the combustion chamber ensures stable fuel burning and a turbulent flow of hot gases in the active combustion area, increasing the rate of fuel burnout without increasing the combustion intensity, absence of slag and ash clogging the combustion chamber, even with considerable fluctuations in fuel properties, as well as low content of harmful emissions from the boiler.

The boilers have their own load-bearing frames, platforms and ladders for maintenance and repair purposes. The boilers are supplied with closing and control fittings and inspection and metering instruments that enable automating the boiler operation control. The natural gas boilers can work at a 100% operating load while retaining the rated steam parameters.

The boilers are supplied in most integrated transport assemblies, parts and components.

The experience gained from implementation of this technology and operation of this type of boilers guarantees a high thermal efficiency of the equipment supplied; at the same time, they make use such fuels that are waste products of agricultural production.
